The Beginning of a Journey
Smitha’s life changed after losing her father in a sudden incident at 15. That was her first encounter with taking total responsibility and wanting to contribute to the well-being of her family. She believed the only way to do this was through hard work, perseverance, and education.

Her Edge in the Corporate World
Those who have known her call her a true personification of authenticity, passion and result orientation. This helped her build genuine relationships built on mutual respect and trust. She had only ONE goal- to challenge her own limiting beliefs and dig deeper into her strengths, which made her truly aware of what she could do.

In her pursuit to transform girls’ lives, Smitha also works closely with NGOs to create awareness for women’s safety and hygiene, self-esteem enhancement and even ensures education for underprivileged girls.
